Interview Skills include Communication skills and Presentation Skills.  Interviewers expect minimum (English)language Skills but students hesitate to express their ideas because of not having practice.  Because they might have studied English as a subject (prose, poetry, non-detail) not as a language (Reading Skills, Writing Skills, Listening Skills and Speaking Skills).  English is an International language (spoken/written/understood all over the world).  If the students are unable to impress the Interviewer its an indication that he/she does not have basic language Skills. Interviewers can access the candidate’s language as mentioned below.
EXPERT USER:  Has operational command of the language (it means he/she is appropriate, fluent with complete understanding.)
GOOD USER: Has full operational command of the language with only occasional errors and inappropriacies.  Misunderstandings may occur in unfamiliar situations.
COMPETENT USER:  Has effective command of the language despite some inaccuracies inappropriacies and misunderstandings.  Candidate can use and understand familiar situations.
MODEST USER:  Has partial command of the language.  Should be able to handle basic communication in his/her respective field.
LIMITED USER:  Has frequent problems in understanding and Expressions.   He/she is not able to use complex language.  Can convey only general meaning in very familiar situations with frequent breakdowns in communication.
